Job description
Cornerstones of Care in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Family Success Specialist to coordinate treatment foster care cases, conduct home visits, and support foster families. You will travel to client homes and foster homes, participate in recruitment and licensing, and provide crisis management as needed.
You will be part of a treatment team and report to the Treatment Foster Care Manager. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field; Master’s preferred, with 1–3 years
