Job description
Devotionhospice is seeking a Home Health Field RN to provide patient-centered care in patients' homes across Ocala, FL. This full-time position emphasizes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care with a focus on independence and quality of life.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, coordinate with physicians and payors, and guide Home Health Aide/LPN staff to ensure continuity of care and compliance.
