Job description
Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to complete in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around East Tawas, MI. This role offers a flexible schedule and travel to patients’ homes, with training provided and liability insurance options.
Nurse Practitioners will perform non-invasive physical assessments, review medical history, and document findings. This position does not require prescribing in the home, focusing on assessment and education.
