Job description
Thisiscny is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join Optum HouseCalls and perform in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage and other plan members.
This is a field-based role with no on-call, weekends, or holidays. Flexible scheduling is offered between 8am–8pm over a 7-day week, with 20–40 hours per week. Compensation includes base pay, bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
