Job description
Well Care Health is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered care in patients' homes, guided by a Clinical Manager. You will administer PT services, educate families, and work with the care team to maintain the highest standard of home health care.
This role requires a PT degree, NC/SC licensure, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of experience. A valid NC driver's license and vehicle are preferred for 40-hour weeks, with opportunities for growth.
