Job description
SerClean is seeking a Sales Manager to lead an in-home sales team servicing the Atlanta area following property damage events. You will coach reps in the field, oversee the sales process from appointment to contract, and build strong relationships with homeowners and insurers.
The role requires at least 5 years in sales with 2 years in a leadership role, plus the ability to train hands-on during live appointments.
