Job description
Senior TLC is seeking a Skilled Home Care Nurse to provide in-home nursing services in Gastonia, NC, following the plan of care and physician orders. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer treatments, monitor conditions, and promptly report changes to the interdisciplinary team.
Requires an active RN license in North Carolina, at least 1 year of RN experience (home health preferred), and a valid NC driver’s license.
