Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Full-Time Clinician (NP or PA) to perform in-home health evaluations across a national coverage area. Clinicians will travel up to 100%, use an iPad-based workflow, and review medications and medical history without prescribing or altering current regimens.
The role requires active licenses, board certification, and multi-state licensure potential. Travel readiness and flexible scheduling are essential; virtual visits are also performed as needed.
