Job description
Montefiore Medical Center is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to provide legal advice across the organization, advising on healthcare laws, regulations, contracts, and governance. The role partners with clinical and operational leadership to mitigate risk and support strategic objectives.
The candidate must have a JD, be licensed in New York, and have at least 5 years of transactional legal experience with strong negotiation and communication skills. Healthcare experience is a plus.
