Job description
Evolve Therapy Services is hiring an Occupational Therapist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility located in Tupper Lake, NY. This Full Time, Part Time, or PRN opportunity offers a relocation bonus and a path to develop comprehensive therapy programs in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
You will plan, organize, and direct OT services to ensure high-quality resident care, conduct screenings and evaluations, create goals, document care, and supervise COTA under clinical standards.
