nLaunch your services in Walmart stores!
nAs an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside our Walmart stores you will take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and wellbeing.
nAs an independent lease holder you have the autonomy to:
nnnEstablish your days of practice
n
nnEstablish your hours of operation
n
nnControl your patient schedule
n
nnSet your fee schedule
n
nnKeep 100 of exam/professional fees
n
n nFor a fair market value you can opt into
nnnEquipment instrumentation
n
nnAdministrative and/or Opt-Tech support services (if state allows)
n
n nMinimum Qualifications for a lease agreement:
nnnDoctor of Optometry OD from an accredited optometry school
n
nnValid state optometry license
n
nnOphthalmologist MD or DO from an accredited school
n
nnValid state ophthalmology license
n
nnGeneral Liability Certificate
n
nnProfessional Liability Insurance Certificate
n
