Independent Industrial Lubrication Consultant (1099)
Unlimited Commission • Flexible Territory • Residual Income Potential

Schaeffer Manufacturing is expanding and seeking experienced, self-motivated professionals to develop industrial, fleet, construction, mining, municipal, manufacturing, waste & recycling, agriculture, and heavy equipment accounts.
This is not a salaried position. This is a chance to build a long-term, commission-based business representing one of America's oldest and most respected lubricant manufacturers.
What You'll Do
• Develop new commercial and industrial accounts.
• Become a trusted advisor to maintenance managers, fleet managers, plant engineers, shop owners, and business owners.
• Help customers reduce equipment failures, extend service intervals, lower maintenance costs, and improve reliability.
• Build recurring business through exceptional customer relationships and technical problem-solving.

The Right Candidate
• B2B outside sales experience (industrial, fleet, construction, equipment, manufacturing, agricultural, or technical sales preferred).
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation.

Compensation
100% Commission (1099 Independent Contractor)
Your income is determined by your effort, your customer relationships, and your ability to grow a territory. There is no artificial cap on your earning potential.
