Job description
Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced, high-volume food production facility. This role oversees a team of technicians, directing preventive and corrective maintenance on processing, packaging, and facility equipment to maximize uptime and support safe, high-quality food production. You will plan and prioritize work, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and drive continuous improvement in reliability and safety. Partnering closely with production and engineering, you will support equipment installations, line changeovers, and capital projects.
