Industrial Maintenance TechnicianFlexcraft is growing—and we're hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our plastics manufacturing operation. If you're currently working in maintenance and are one of the people others rely on when machines go down, this is an opportunity to step into a role where your skills are valued and your work makes a real impact.Why Techs Make the Move to Flexcraft$35–$45/hr based on experience (we pay for skill)Work on blow molding & injection molding equipment—not general maintenanceStable, growing company with long-term opportunityTeam environment where people step in and fix problems—no blame cultureOpportunity to solve real issues and improve equipment reliability, not just reactWhat You'll Be Working OnBlow molding & injection molding machinesExtrusion systemsConveyors, chillers, compressors, and auxiliary equipment480V / 3-phase electrical systemsHydraulic & pneumatic systemsWhat You'll DoPerform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running reliablyTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issuesDiagnose breakdowns and minimize downtime quicklyPartner with Production and Engineering to solve repeat issues at the root causeSupport equipment installs, upgrades, and improvementsDocument work in CMMS (IQMS or similar)What We're Looking For5+ years of industrial maintenance experienceExperience with blow molding and/or injection molding equipment strongly preferredStrong troubleshooting ability across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsExperience working with 480V / 3-phase powerAbility to read schematics and equipment manualsA technician who takes ownership and follows throughSchedule & FlexibilityFlexcraft operates a 24/7 manufacturing facility with both day and night shifts. Shift preferences are considered; however, this role requires flexibility to support either shift as needed.
