Job description
Fluidstack seeks a Strategic Finance professional in New York to help run financing execution across high-yield bonds, secured term loans, and project finance facilities. You will manage diligence, lender workstreams, and close documentation while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
You will build and audit transaction models for debt sizing, DSCR waterfalls, and multi-scenario analyses, ensuring accuracy and timely closes.
