Injection Molding TechnicianAt Mergon, we mould ideas for a sustainable future. We are competent, capable and we invest in our people and in our processes to ensure we continue to grow and do our best work every day.We are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Technician to support the safe and efficient operation of our injection molding processes. This is a hands-on role focused on machine set-up, mold changes, process troubleshooting and maintaining high standards of quality, safety and productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up injection molding machines, molds, robots and auxiliary equipment.Perform mold, material and color changeovers.Monitor and optimize process performance, quality and cycle times.Troubleshoot molding defects and support production issue resolution.Carry out routine equipment checks and basic preventative maintenance.Support process trials, sampling and continuous improvement activities.Maintain accurate production and process records.Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Tooling teams.Follow all safety, quality and environmental procedures.What We're Looking ForExperience in an injection molding manufacturing environment.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of molding machines, molds, robots and auxiliary equipment.Good understanding of quality standards and process control.Team player with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits.Training and development opportunities.Career progression within a growing manufacturing organization.A collaborative and supportive team environment.If you enjoy solving technical challenges and making a direct impact on manufacturing performance, we'd love to hear from you!
