You'll be:Setting up and starting up various molding machines according to production schedulesInstalling and removing molds, ensuring proper alignment and connectionsAdjusting machine parameters for optimal performance and performing first-piece inspections to verify qualityTroubleshooting molding and process issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficient productionPerforming routine maintenance on molds and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company proceduresMaintaining accurate production and setup documentationCollaborating closely with quality, maintenance, and production teams to ensure seamless operationsThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a high school diploma or GED (required)Bring technical training in manufacturing, plastics, or a related field (preferred)Offer 2+ years of injection molding setup or processing experience (preferred)Possess hands-on experience with injection molding machines, tooling, and troubleshootingDemonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of plastics materials and molding processesAre familiar with robotics and automation systems (preferred)Have direct experience with machine setup, extrusion blow molding, working with multiple resins, and manufacturing bottles or similar productsOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
