Job description
Erlanger Health System seeks a licensed pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care within our hospital setting. You will review orders, collaborate with physicians and staff, and contribute to patient education and safe medication use.
Requirements include Tennessee pharmacy licensure, BLS, ACLS or PALS as applicable, and hospital pharmacy experience. BCPS is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting clinical services and residency training.
