Job description
The Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist at the VA Central Iowa Health Care System provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care within the Inpatient Pharmacy Service, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals to optimize therapy and ensure safe medication use.
The role reports to the Inpatient Pharmacy Supervisor and supports inpatient drug distribution, clinical review, and formulary management in a busy hospital setting.
