Job description
GlyCare seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join the inpatient diabetes and glycemic management team at Emory John's Creek Hospital in Johns Creek, GA. This role focuses on consultative inpatient care within a structured, protocol-driven model.
You will work with hospitalists, nurses, pharmacy, and endocrinology support teams to deliver coordinated care with daytime rounding and a predictable schedule.
