Job description
Clinical Management Consultants partners with a southern New York hospital to recruit a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. This role supports acute inpatient psychiatric care within a large teaching hospital and collaborates with psychiatrists and behavioral health leaders to plan and coordinate patient care.
The PMHNP evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, manages medications, provides education to patients and families, and assists with safe transitions of care
