Job description
Ironside Human Resources in Little Rock, AR is seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Rehabilitation to lead clinical operations in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role focuses on administrative oversight of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology, with minimal direct patient contact.
The ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist with 5+ years of PT/OT experience and at least 2 years in rehabilitation management.
