Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management, order verification, and patient counseling to support safe, effective rehabilitation care. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary rehab team to optimize medication regimens, monitor outcomes, and prevent adverse events.
