Encompass Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to provide evidence-based medication management for inpatient rehabilitation patients within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you will review and verify orders, oversee dispensing, and monitor drug therapy for safety, efficacy, and cost-effectiveness.
