Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In our inpatient rehabilitation and home-based settings, you will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based OT interventions to promote independence in daily living. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress to support optimal outcomes.
