Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within Healthcare & Medical Services. In this role, you will verify and dispense medications, review orders for safety and accuracy, and provide clinical pharmacy expertise to optimize rehab patients’ outcomes. You will educate patients and caregivers on medication use, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and uphold regulatory and safety standards in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment with opportunities for growth.
