Job description
Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, seeks a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner to join the Behavioral Health team in Worcester, MA as an Integrated Substance Use Provider. The role supports recovery using evidence-based medication assisted treatment, with opportunities to integrate digital therapeutics.
This hybrid position combines telemedicine and on-site care to meet patient needs. Required MA APRN license, Board Certification, DEA/X-Waiver and 1–3 years of SUD experience.
