Celestar Corporation is seeking a Mid-level Intelligence Management Specialist seated in Ft. Meade, MD.

$114,000

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT

Active TS/SCI with In-Scope Counterintelligence Polygraph

Responsibilities:

Analyze and advise on health insurance requirements and recommend the most appropriate and cost-effective health insurance products, whether through a group or individual plan.

Facilitate, manage, and track cost expenditures related to health insurance plans or health insurance support.

Perform data management, file maintenance, and maintain organizational tools to track and record actions. Create reports, information papers, and briefings; ensure all designated actions are recorded; and produce metric reports as directed.

Draft information papers and briefings as required. Conduct briefings and attend staff-level meetings when requested.

Develop training materials. Train all audiences on the available health-related products and the processes and procedures required for their acquisition.

Manage, track, and process all health insurance-related claims submitted.

Coordinate with customers and insurance providers to acquire or maintain the acquisition of health insurance products through in-person meetings, e-mail, or telephonic communication.

Maintain databases and spreadsheets to track customers processed. Daily reconciliation and assurance of the database accuracy of the database of customers' health insurance policies and claims material.

Respond to daily incoming health insurance-related queries via phone/email and report actions taken.

Assist employees of supported units/organizations with any issues they encounter as a result of their health insurance policies and claims.

Travel to facilitate the mission and provide briefings.

Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities.

Activities include, but are not limited to, reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests in accessing, coordinating, consolidating, or formatting; assisting with the administration and management of Requests for Information (RFI, task actions, reports, and briefings. Preparing correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities.

Creating read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, building read-ahead books or materials for official functions and meetings, and providing cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.

Required Experience:

Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a related field; OR additional four (4) years of related experience for a total of twelve (12) years instead of a degree.
