A private equity-backed company is seeking an interim CFO to provide financial leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead finance and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Drive cash flow forecasting to ensure liquidity and support strategic growth initiatives.
Support potential M&A, growth investments, and other value-creation initiatives.
Lead and streamline month-end and year-end close, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Own financial statements and audit readiness.Improve branch-level reporting (P&L by region/branch; enhance balance sheet visibility).
Manage lender reporting and strengthen banking relationships.
Partner with leadership on acquisition integration.
Develop scalable financial processes and internal controls as the platform grows.
