Job description
Our Lady of the Elms in Akron, OH seeks an Interim President/Head of School to lead mission, academics, people, and operations during a transition. The role reports to the Board of Trustees and works with the sponsor, faculty, families, alumnae, and the broader community.
The successful candidate will champion Catholic identity, guide teaching excellence, and oversee enrollment, fundraising, and strategic priorities while ensuring compliance and financial stewardship.
