About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Daytime Post-Acute/LTAC Physician to join our team in the Ocala region. This role offers a flexible weekday schedule, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to focus on patient care without nights, procedures, or codes.
Compensation & Schedule Base Salary: $285,000
Schedule: Monday Friday
Collections-based bonuses with additional monthly earning potential
Flexible rounding schedule

Reimbursement for medical licenses
Malpractice coverage with tail assistance
Responsibilities Daytime rounding across post-acute and LTAC facilities in the Ocala region
Collaborate with APPs to manage and split daily patient census
Focus on quality patient care in a lower-acuity setting
No procedures or codes required
No night shifts
Qualifications Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or relevant specialty
Experience in post-acute or long-term acute care preferred, but not required
Active medical license and DEA required
