Job Summary and Responsibilities
nAs our Primary Care Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician, you will join a growing, physician-led practice at Dignity Health Medical Group - Stockton ( , playing a pivotal role in the continued success, design, and development of our regional comprehensive health service line.
nYou will provide expert outpatient clinical care to a diverse patient population within the community, focusing on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and acute care interventions. You will also contribute significantly to shaping a robust, patient-centered care network in a highly collaborative environment.
nTo be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with a passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care, strong clinical and diagnostic skills, and a commitment to building a premier medical home within a supportive, mission-driven environment. nnnDeliver comprehensive outpatient primary care services, including routine wellness exams, preventative health screenings, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.

nnFormulate and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans while monitoring patient health outcomes and promoting long-term wellness.
n
nnPartner and collaborate cross-functionally with a dedicated network of local medical specialists, nurse practitioners, and regional clinical leaders to optimize patient care pathways.
n
nnEducate patients and their families on wellness strategies, lifestyle modifications, and chronic condition self-management to empower healthier lives within the community.
n
n nWe are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires:
nnnGuaranteed annual base salary of $275,000 - $300,000/year for the first two years , plus productivity-based incentives
n
nnFlexible Scheduling Options: Choose between a traditional Monday through Friday schedule or a 4-day workweek, with options for standard day shifts or night shifts based on personal preference or practice needs
n
nnTrue Work-Life Balance: 100% outpatient practice setting with absolutely no call constraints (no inpatient and no telephone call)

nnSigning bonus and relocation assistance

nn100% employer-paid medical and dental insurance for you and your family

nnPublic Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility, an employer-sponsored pension plan, and annual CME allowance

n nJob Requirements
nRequired
nnnDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
n
nnBoard eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
n
nnActive or eligible medical license in the state of California
n
nnActive Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification (or eligibility to obtain)
n
nnCompletion of an accredited post-graduate residency training program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
n
nnExcellent communication, interpersonal, and team-based clinical problem-solving skills
