Job description
DLA Piper seeks an associate to join its Investment Funds group in Austin, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience advising on the formation and operation of private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds, including secondary transactions and carry vehicles.
Hybrid work arrangement offered. JD or equivalent law degree required; admitted to practice in the state of office.
