Job description
Brilliant Earth is seeking a Jewelry Lead for our San Jose showroom to guide customers through the life of the sale, mentor teammates, and drive luxury jewelry sales in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience, strong coaching skills, and a passion for sustainable, transparent jewelry. This is a full-time, in-person role with weekend availability in our San Jose showroom.
