Working alongside senior sales leaders, you'll identify what separates good from great, build programmes helping shape the capability, performance and future readiness.help our teams embrace the AI-powered tools and behaviours that are changing how modern revenue organisations operate.
Responsibilities
Partner with sales leaders to unlock performance and accelerate growth across the Americas.
Design and deliver enablement programmes that improve productivity, increase win rates and help people reach their potential faster.
Champion modern sales excellence through coaching, methodology adoption and manager development.
Be at the forefront of AI innovation, helping revenue teams embrace new technologies that transform how they prospect, engage, forecast and win.
Translate business strategy into practical, measurable actions that drive commercial outcomes.
Work closely with RevOps, Product and Marketing to ensure our teams are always equipped to succeed.
Skills and Experience
We're looking for someone who combines commercial thinking with a passion for developing people.
You might come from Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Leadership or a Commercial Excellence background, but what matters most is your ability to influence, inspire and drive measurable impact.
