Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
Shift: Day M-F 8a-5pm
Description:
JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN Reno, Nevada $22-$28/Hour DOE Full-Time
K&S Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician for a full-time position in Reno, Nevada. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to work safely and independently while following project specifications and electrical codes.
Job Duties Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical plans, and schematics
Install conduit, wiring, fixtures, panels, switches, and other electrical components
Perform electrical connections and terminations
Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify necessary repairs
Use electrical testing equipment and hand/power tools
Inspect electrical systems and components for safety and proper operation
Follow applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and company procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other trades
Complete work accurately and within established timelines
Perform other electrical duties as assigned
Qualifications Journeyman-level electrical experience required
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
Proficient with electrical hand tools and testing equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be dependable and safety-conscious
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have a clean driving record
Background check required
Pay & Schedule Pay: $22-$28 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience)
Location: Reno, Nevada
Employment: Full-Time
