Job Description Job Description The Journeyman Service Technician/Installer specializes in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. Working within a small local team, this role demands technical expertise, strong customer service skills, and adherence to safety procedures. Occasional travel beyond the local area may be required to service equipment and ensure optimal operation for clients.
Responsibilities
Install HVAC systems according to specifications
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components
Perform repairs efficiently to restore equipment functionality
Provide excellent customer service during onsite visits
Complete standardized service reports following each visit
Collaborate with a small local team to meet project goals
Adhere to safety procedures and regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
State of Oklahoma Journeyman license
Proficiency in electrical systems and mechanical repair
Experience using diagnostic tools for troubleshooting
Strong customer interaction skills
Knowledge of safety procedures and technical documentation
Effective problem solving and time management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Entry-level experience as a service technician
Technical or vocational training in a relevant field
