Miami, Florida | Office-Based, 5 Days Per Week
$60,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

The Role
As a Junior Account Executive , you'll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and helping businesses understand how innovative AI and SaaS solutions can support their growth.
You'll learn from experienced sales professionals, develop valuable commercial skills, and gain first-hand exposure to how successful technology businesses win and retain customers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and being rewarded for their effort and success.
What You'll Be Doing
Building relationships with prospective clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and video meetings
Engaging with business owners and senior decision-makers
Understanding client challenges and identifying potential solutions
Supporting the sales process from initial conversation through to opportunity creation
Learning about AI and SaaS technologies and their commercial impact
Developing expertise within the technology sector
Managing your own pipeline and opportunities
