Job description
McDonald's Restaurants Limited in Indiana is seeking a Department Manager for a franchised restaurant. You will lead weekly shifts, supervise the Kitchen and People departments, and ensure a fast, accurate, friendly guest experience while upholding food safety and quality standards.
Previous managerial experience is preferred. You will hire and train crew, manage scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, and drive team performance.
