Mission: Find the land that powers Dataprana’s data centers, and get it under contract.

Where We Are Going
We have a 500 MW energized site pipeline across multiple U.S. states and a goal of 5 GW by 2030 . We can’t get there without a steady flow of buildable land near power. This role produces that land. Every parcel you secure feeds the pipeline our power, permitting and development teams build on.
What You Will Own
In your first 12 months:
Own at least 15 land acquisition projects end to end.
Acquire at least 10 land plots suitable for data center development.
Build and maintain a proprietary pipeline of 50+ viable land opportunities.
What Great Looks Like Month to Month
You hunt. You take on at least 10 new sites (POIs) a month near power infrastructure and keep your existing pipeline moving. For each one you identify the usable parcels and find the true owner through appraisal district, GIS and courthouse records.
You make the call. You find owner contact information and reach landowners directly by phone, mail and in person. When a broker has a suitable parcel listed, you work that deal and build the relationship.
You earn trust and negotiate. Many of our sellers have never sold land before. You negotiate price and terms and send out LOIs or contracts on at least 10 sites a month.
You catch problems early. You run first-pass checks on title, easements, mineral rights, access, flood zone and zoning before a deal goes too far.
You keep the pipeline clean. Every lead has a status, a next step and a date, and you give a weekly update without being asked.
Must Have
2 to 5 years of hands-on land experience as a landman, land agent or in land acquisition, working directly with landowners.
Deals you personally sourced, negotiated and closed , not only tracts someone else assigned to you. You will walk us through them with acres, price and timeline.
A dedicated engagement. This work is your primary focus, and all other engagements are disclosed up front.
Nice to Have
Title and mineral rights experience.
Experience in ERCOT, MISO or SPP markets.
Energy land or site control for power-intensive or data center projects..
Compensation
Base fee: $80,000 to $90,000 annually, paid monthly, depending on experience
Performance bonus tied to land you source and close
