Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader & DriverRussell Landscape is hiring an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader & Driver to lead a crew providing high-quality maintenance services throughout the Oxford, GA area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong landscape knowledge and the ability to manage both people and equipment efficiently.Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a crew of 2–5 team membersDrive trucks and tow trailers to transport crew and equipmentEnsure mowing, trimming, pruning, edging, and other maintenance tasks meet company standardsTrain crew members on proper techniques and safety proceduresMonitor daily job progress and ensure timely completionConduct vehicle and equipment inspectionsCommunicate with clients and management as neededQualifications:5+ years of landscape maintenance experience (2+ years in a leadership role preferred)Valid driver's license with clean driving record requiredExperience driving trucks and towing trailersStrong knowledge of plant care, turf maintenance, and irrigation systemsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly pay based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCompany-provided tools and vehicles
