Your role is crucial in creating and establishing beautiful landscapes and hardscapes for our clients. You'll be responsible for leading a small team efficiently, ensuring safety, and delivering quality results. You will have the opportunity to lead routine projects and manage tasks with precision. The successful candidate will be highly accountable, have a strong passion for detailed communication, and demonstrate consistency and structure in the landscaping industry.Qualifications:Team playerA class "C" drivers license with 3+ years of safe driving experienceAbility to work some SaturdaysBe able to physically work outside under different weather conditions and lift 50lbs2+ years leading crews in a commercial landscape/hardscape industryKnowledgeable in landscape equipment, tools, techniquesGood planning and organizational skillsAble to read plans and blueprintsResponsibilities:Run a crew of 2-3 peoplePerform medium to large sized landscape install/enhancement projects not limited to flower, shrub and tree planting, palm tree trimming, drainage, clearing, grading, basic irrigation work, turf installation, and additional softscape enhancementsTruck and trailer standardization and cleanlinessSafe operation and maintenance of equipmentParticipate in snow removal in the winter monthsProvide customer service in a professional mannerBenefits:Matching 401KEarned Paid Time OffCompany Paid Life InsuranceSupplemental Life Insurance availableMedical, Dental, Vision InsuranceWeekly Pay
