Landscape Maintenance Crew MemberRea Landscape Management, a customer-centric company based in Charleston, SC, is seeking a dedicated Landscape Maintenance Crew Member. As a small business, we pride ourselves on providing a professional and relaxed work environment with growth opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining both residential and commercial landscapes, ensuring tools are properly cared for, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. On-the-job training will be provided. Join our team and contribute to creating beautiful, sustainable landscapes for our clients.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the maintenance of landscapes, both residential and commercialEnsure tools are properly cared for and stored at the end of the dayWork outdoors, with frequent exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures for several hoursArrive to work on time and ready to startMaintain a positive and professional attitude while on the jobQualificationsKnowledge of basic tools, equipment, proper techniques, skills, materials, and methods of landscape maintenanceAbility to understand and follow verbal and written instructionsAbility to safely operate tools such as shovels, rakes, rollers, blowers, and other related grounds/landscape equipmentAbility to work in a safe and efficient mannerPhysical ability to perform tasks such as digging, standing, walking, climbing off and on equipment, squatting/kneeling, reaching, grasping, pushing/pulling, twisting/bending, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbsExperience with Hardscape/Landscape installation preferredBenefitsHealth InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)401k Matching
