Job description
Advance Auto Parts in Severna Park, MD is seeking a General Manager who will inspire the team, drive sales, and uphold integrity. You will oversee store operations, develop professional customer relationships, and ensure inventory and service standards are met, with a schedule of 50-55 hours weekly including nights and weekends.
The role requires strong leadership, accountability for P&L, and ability to coach staff, hire and develop team members, and grow business through exceptional service.
