Lead Carpenter / Cabinet InstallerEverett, WA AreaCompetitive Pay DOEFull-Time PositionLooking for more than just another carpentry job?We're seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter / Installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, leads by example, and knows how to keep a job running smoothly from start to finish.If you're the type of person who can walk onto a jobsite, organize the work, communicate with clients, coordinate crews, and still jump in and produce quality carpentry work, we want to talk to you.What You'll Be DoingThis is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be responsible for both producing high-quality work and managing day-to-day jobsite operations.Your responsibilities will include:Framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, doors, windows, and general residential constructionReading plans, specifications, and scopes of workSupervising crew members, apprentices, and subcontractorsManaging daily schedules, production goals, and jobsite organizationCoordinating materials, tools, and inventoryCommunicating with homeowners, vendors, inspectors, and project managersMaintaining a safe, professional, and efficient work environmentTracking progress and helping projects stay on schedule and on budgetWhat We're Looking ForYou are someone who:Has 7+ years of hands-on carpentry experienceHas at least 2 years of leadership or crew supervision experienceCan confidently read plans and solve problems in the fieldTakes ownership of projects and follows throughCommunicates professionally with clients and team membersLeads with accountability, professionalism, and integrityShows up every day ready to work and help others succeedRequired QualificationsStrong residential or light commercial construction experienceAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionValid driver's license and reliable transportationPersonal carpentry toolsExcellent organizational and time management skillsBonus Points For Experience with Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or other project management software Strong client-facing communication skills Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing project schedules
