Job description
PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Winter Garden is seeking a Lead Clinical Navigator to train and manage the business development team, including clinical liaisons and physician liaisons, and to cultivate referral relationships across assigned territories.
You will analyze admission data, support marketing efforts at hospitals and clinics, and collaborate with admissions, nursing, and other staff to optimize referrals and admissions. A health-field degree and current licensure are required.
