Compensation Range: This wage range $125,000 – $300,000 per year,reflects the expected annual income for this role, based on individual production, clinical skill set, treatment planning, and experience level.
Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive dental care with a focus on quality and patient comfort.
Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care.
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
Respond effectively to dental emergencies.
Contribute to the practice’s growth through excellent service and community engagement.
Qualifications
DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or AEGD/GPR residency program
Active Maryland state dental license
Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
Professional clinical experience preferred
New and Recent graduates with Residency experience encouraged to apply
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
