Job description
Fargo Woodworks in Fargo, North Dakota, is seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Lead to own the Metal Fab schedule, review drawings, and guide a two-person shop through daily priorities.
You will perform hands-on welding, cutting, grinding, finishing, and inspection, while coaching teammates, documenting solutions, and advancing shop processes to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
