Job description
Constellation Energy seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee preventative and corrective maintenance on critical energy and utility systems. In this role, you’ll diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control equipment, lead a small team of technicians, and coordinate with operations and engineering to minimize downtime. You’ll uphold strict safety and environmental standards, maintain CMMS records, support equipment upgrades and reliability projects, and contribute to Constellation’s mission of sustainable, reliable energy for homes and businesses.
