Job description
Mercy seeks a Clinical Supervisor – Registered Nurse for our Main Operating Room. This role oversees daily OR operations, leading a team of perioperative RNs and support staff to deliver safe, high-quality surgical care.
The Clinical Supervisor coordinates schedules, resources, and patient flow, supports surgeons and anesthesia teams, and ensures strict adherence to infection prevention and regulatory standards.
